Warszawa 19115 is, first and foremost, one centralised phone number where the residents can obtain information on operation of the City Hall, city institutions, various services (procedures and stages of completion), as well as events planned, or repairs. A dedicated team of consultants is available to residents every day. They receive the calls and distribute them to appropriate services. 19115 is also the number to report any incident requiring the intervention of the municipal administration (like a hole in the pavement, an illegal garbage dump, or a wandering animal). The only exceptions are interventions related to the direct threat to human life, which are supported by the 112 emergency number.
